Dr Susan Steiner

Susan Steiner is Lewis-Gluckman Research Fellow at BWPI and Research Fellow at the German Institute of Global and Area Studies (GIGA) in Hamburg.

She has been working at GIGA since 2002, where she has conducted poverty-related research projects focusing on both Africa and Latin America.

She did her PhD on the implications of decentralisation on poverty in Uganda.
