BWPI Postgraduate Research Programmes
BWPI currently supervises a number of doctoral researchers engaged in a variety of research programmes linked to poverty-reduction.
Research areas include:

- Poverty and climate change in urban Bangladesh - Programme co-ordinator, Manoj Roy
- Understanding the tipping point of urban conflict - Programme co-ordinators Caroline Moser and Dennis Rodgers
BWPI sits within the School of Environment and Development and all BWPI-affiliated students are registered for their PhD with one of the Schools within the University.
Your registration will probably be with the Institute for Development Policy and Management within the School of Environment and Development or with the School of Social Science. This will depend on the focus of your research.
